Educational Objectives:
A committee of educators from Albion, Michigan formed this list of educational objectives for the Starr Earthwork 2001.

This list was drafted by the following educators, who were present at the Oct. 25th , 2000, World Peace Initiative meeting on the Starr Commonwealth campus in Albion, Michigan:

1. Build teams with our local constituencies and create links with other constituencies.

2. Organize events that promote discussion of peace.

3. Work on developing programs to involve children at all levels-what does peace look like?

4. Create public relations and publicity in the form of educational components in a variety of places.

5. Make connections between our activities and world peace. Do not limit them to visual arts.

6. Create ways to do exchanges with other countries.

7. Put together a marketing package to take to Albion 2000.

8. Get funding-put together a committee that can write grants and seek other kinds of funding.
